Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Our target is the highest level of responsiveness. Hold us to task  - please. 

The time taken for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer/ supplier within a day of the order being placed. 99% of the time the item will be ex stock... buutttt.....a once in a blue-moon event it may need manufacture....could take 5 - 6 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our source to you - the end destination. Times can vary within Oceania as I am sure will be appreciated given the geographical constraints for our logistics platform (whoa- what a mouthful!). What I will say is we request courier delivery and expect the quickest transportation to your door.
